She frequently guides clients on aligning their business models with brand and IP strategy — including trademark, patent, and advertising compliance.
Intellectual Property & Brand Protection Advising local and overseas clients on IP portfolio management, enforcement, and anti-infringement strategies. Amanda also assists with licensing and commercialization arrangements, cross-border registrations, and IP litigation and settlement negotiations.
Commercial & Dispute Work Representing companies in breach of contract, fraud, and commercial disputes — including debt recovery, partnership issues, and asset protection matters. She works closely with tax agents and restructuring advisors to develop turnaround strategies, manage penalties, and lift companies out of financial distress.
Corporate Secretarial & Regulatory Support Acting as company secretary for private and public companies, advising on compliance, governance, and ongoing regulatory filings. Her work includes reinstatement of struck-off entities, maintenance of business licenses, and corporate restructuring involving judicial management and liquidation.
Strategic Advisory & Cross-Border Work Collaborating with auditors, tax professionals, and foreign counsel on cross-border contracts, fund management, asset recovery, and liquidation matters. She also advises on franchise, tenancy, and lease agreements, ensuring clients’ interests are fully protected in their commercial dealings.
